What to Expect on Your First Visit to InnerLight

If you've never been to InnerLight before, here's the first thing to know: you don't need to know anything, bring anything, or be anything in particular to walk through our door. We're a casual place to relax — not a polished, intimidating spa. Whether you're booking your first massage or trying a class for the first time, here's what to expect.

Booking is simple

You can book a massage or facial by texting or calling us at 845-229-9998, or by booking online. If you're not sure what you need, just tell us — we'll help you find the right service and time. For a class, send a quick text about two hours before it starts so we can save you a spot.

What the space feels like

InnerLight is warm and low-key — the kind of place designed to help you slow down, not feel like you have to perform. You'll find us at 6565 Spring Brook Ave, Suite 201, in Rhinebeck. Come a few minutes early if you can, settle in, and let yourself arrive. As we like to say, peace comes from within — we just give you the space to find it.

Who you'll meet

Our massage therapist, Jamie Myer, handles everything from maintenance sessions to deeper therapeutic work. Diana Breen, our aesthetician, takes care of facials and skincare. And AnnMarie Shirley, who owns InnerLight, leads many of our movement and meditation classes, along with grief support. Whoever you see, you're in good hands.

What we offer

Under one roof, you'll find massage (from 30 to 120 minutes), facials and skincare, waxing, a sauna, and couples sessions — plus weekly classes in yoga, qigong, belly dance, and meditation. You can do as much or as little as feels right. There's no wrong way to start.

Ready when you are. Text 845-229-9998 to book a massage, or drop into a class for $18 and see how it feels. We'll be glad you came.
